I've designed various labels and take-away cards for Starbucks Reserve. Every coffee has a story, whether the focus is the region, human connection, or varietal and that's what really drives the art for each of these.
Arizona double wall for the Starbucks local collection. I grew up in Arizona and really enjoyed bringing inspiration from my childhood into the concept.
While on the Starbucks Gift Card team I designed a card for pretty much every occasion. From layered plastic cards, ones shaped like leaves, to premium cards made of metal.
A few designs I created for Push Print Studio were featured on Design Love Fest's Dress Your Tech column. Click the link to view them on the dlf website or you can scroll through them here.
Had the pleasure of getting to design the Starbucks local Hawaii Collection, complete with beach towel.
While working on the Starbucks Reserve Roastery Team I worked on a few tee shirt designs and concepts. Here's one that was produced and sold in store.
A few of the egifts I illustrated using various techniques from vector to watercolor.
I designed the lettering for this poster featuring a siren illustration by Marisol Ortega. The type is hand carved from linoleum and then printed. Posters are screen printed locally and available at the Starbucks Reserve Roastery & Tasting Room in Capital Hill.
An icon based Illustration for the 2017 Starbucks Refill Tumbler. I created shapes and to represent different elements of the coffee making process telling the story
from farm to cup.
Arizona double wall for the Starbucks local collection. So fun to design the Az artwork 2 years in a row! Again since I grew up in Arizona it was fun to take inspiration from my childhood to create the concept and watercolor for this tumbler.
A few of my designs for the artist tote pop series at the Seattle Roastery in Capital Hill. Had a great time working on this project.
Textile prints designed for a
Nordstrom Kids brand.
Inspired by the carefree Las Vegas feel,
I wanted this collection to feel fun, modern
and young. I used cut paper to create the
art to give classic casino icons
an updated look.
Remember when cd's were a thing? This is the last Starbucks Holiday compilation. I designed an abstract background and overlaid large dots to created a pop feel. Then incorporated tiny graphics to give the whole piece some movement and dimension.
In an attempt to illustrate more I created these little plant illustrations inspired by the plants and ceramics in my home.
More Illustrations and lettering
I created just for fun.
